Durfee Community Innovation Center
The Durfee Community Innovation Center is a Life Remodeled project. The 143,000 square-foot Durfee building will be repurposed from a historic school building to a center focusing on entrepreneurial opportunities, education, and community. We are working directly with Think Detroit, HKS Architects, and Resurge Detroit to create co-working spaces within the innovation center where creative entrepreneurs can turn their ideas into a reality impacting change in Detroit communities.
